Children and Young People Programme
AEPF promotes the dissemination of financial education in schools through specific projects, based on clear and empathetic communication. It offers programmes and teaching resources to bring financial education into the classroom, whilst also aiming to involve parents in the process.
Yo-Welfare Kids & Junior
Programme Yo-Welfare Kids for children aged between 3 and 5 years old at the stage of early years education:
There are many reasons why we decided to choose certain stories to talk about money. Firstly, because we are addressing young children above all else and we want to speak the language that, at this stage, is theirs. A language full of symbols to be interpreted. Being aware of one’s own financial situation is an important factor that must be taught from early childhood.
Programme Yo-Welfare Junior Teens for primary and secondary schools:
Its aim is to encourage pupils to reflect on the main functions of household economics, with content specifically designed for children and teenagers. It introduces the basic concepts required for a genuine understanding of economic principles, preparing young people to integrate into and actively participate in the social, cultural, professional and economic world around them.
